Once you've placed your order, we will contact you to arrange a convenient time for delivery. All machinery comes fully assembled and primed up with fuel and oil, ready to go! Our driver will give full instruction on how to use your newly purchased machine.

If you need any advice you can contact us by phone or visit our showroom. We can also help make sure that you purchase the product suited to your particular needs. We also hire particular products that can be demonstrated before you make a decision.
Warranty
All machinery carries the full manufacturers warranty. It is the important that you the customer comply with the terms and conditions of the manufacturers warranty. Should a problem arise, please contact us. If the product is warranty then we will carry out these works. Transportation costs are not covered under warranty.
Cancel or Return Product
If you don't like the goods or have changed your mind, you can cancel the order, providing the product is still in new condition, within a seven-day 'cooling-off' period. You must cancel by the end of the seventh working day after the day on which you receive your goods. To cancel your order, you must contact us or tell us in writing by letter or e-mail. If sending a letter, send the letter by registered post. If you have already paid for the goods we will refund your money within 30 days of you cancelling the agreement.
Prices
Prices are correct at time of placing on the site, however it may be necessary to adjust prices due to errors or changes in VAT or as a result of international price increases. Customers are entitled to a full refund if this is not acceptable. Prices include VAT @ 20%.
Privacy
At Village Mowers we are committed to protecting your privacy. We use the information we collect about you to process orders. When you order, we need to know your name, e-mail address, delivery address, credit or debit card number and the card's expiry date. This allows us to process and fulfil your orders and to notify you of the status of your order. We also ask for your telephone number which enables us to contact you if there is a problem with your order and to arrange delivery.
Village Mowers does not sell, trade or rent your personal information to others. All information is collected by ourselves lawfully and in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998.
